Last Wednesday I had the absolute pleasure of shooting The Darkness at the Vogue Theatre on their Tour de Prance. The tour is in support of their 2017 album Pinewood Smile.
I have loved these Brits since 2003 when I first saw the music video for I Believe in a Thing Called Love, and finally being able to see them live has done nothing but solidify that love. The band knows how to put on an incredible and hilarious show, with more audience interaction than I have ever seen, including asking photographers to stay in the pit longer, borrowing the clothes off of their fans backs, and riding through the crowd on the guitar tech's shoulders.
I know I say this all the time, but this a show you need to see at least once in your life!
